Eryn Ferguson-Giordano, MSN, FNP

Born and raised in the Capital District, Eryn has chosen to raise her family in the same area. She is the proud parent of three children: Alexander, Sophia, and Gabe. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and watching fantasy series, with a particular love for Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. An avid lover of the outdoors and a self-proclaimed excellent cook, she also treasures traveling the world with her family and friends.

Eryn has been part of the NYOH team on and off since 2006 and feels fortunate to serve the community she calls home.
