Tess was born and raised in Delmar, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh and went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner degree at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Tess’s passion for oncology began caring for family and friends throughout their cancer diagnoses and treatment journeys. She is committed to providing patient-centered care and believes in empowering patients by valuing their voice and actively involving them in their care and treatment decisions. Prior to joining the NYOH team, Tess gained valuable nursing experience in both oncology and pediatrics. Outside of work, Tess enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her miniature poodle, Honey.
