He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, and his extensive educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colgate University, a Master of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo's Roswell Park Cancer Institute and a Medical Degree from Albany Medical College. With an academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Albany Medical College and memberships in renowned organizations like the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dr. Collea is highly regarded in his field. In his personal life, Dr. Collea enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughters.
Leslie is a highly experienced nurse with 25 years of nursing experience, including eight years in clinical administration. She has an impressive oversight of various essential services, such as Laboratory, Nursing, Clinical Research, Palliative Care, Social Work, and Navigation services. Leslie's commitment to improving patient outcomes and overall practice quality of care is evident through her development and implementation of evidence-based projects and services. She has played a pivotal role in establishing internal palliative care services, therapeutic counseling, depression screening, and plan of care coordination. Leslie's dedication to advancing healthcare is further demonstrated by her involvement in various conference abstracts and posters, showcasing her expertise in navigation models and patient education in cancer treatment. As a board member of the Oncology Nursing Society since 2010, Leslie is deeply engaged in oncology nursing. Outside of her professional accomplishments, she enjoys boating in the Adirondacks and exploring travel destinations. Leslie cherishes quality time with her family, including her two children and two grandchildren.
With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Scott has held leadership roles at esteemed institutions such as Albany Medical Center and Glens Falls Hospital. Additionally, he spent 12 years as a Revenue Cycle Analyst with Emdeon Inc., honing his expertise in this critical aspect of healthcare operations. Formerly the Director of Revenue Cycle for NYOH, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and proficiency to his current position.
Beyond his impressive career, Scott finds true joy in spending quality time with his wife and daughter, cherishing the moments shared with his family. He is an ardent dog lover and a car enthusiast, finding excitement in both furry companions and fine automobiles. Scott firmly believes that travel enriches life in immeasurable ways and treasures exploring new places and cultures. Chris serves as the State Controller at NYOH, leveraging his extensive financial expertise to ensure smooth operations. With a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Plattsburg, where he double majored in business and accounting with a minor in marketing, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose, Christopher has been an integral part of NYOH for over two decades. Starting as a staff accountant, he has demonstrated his commitment to the practice's financial health. Outside of his professional pursuits, Christopher finds joy in traveling, camping, and treasured moments spent with his family.

With over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive, Sabrina leads NYOH as a strategic visionary and culture cultivator. She is a driving force behind instilling and embodying the ethos of doing what is right for the patient.
Sabrina's strategic acumen, empathy and visionary leadership have driven NYOH's rapid evolution over the past four years. As an independent private physician-owned practice dedicated to advancing the fight against cancer and hematological disorders, NYOH ensures patients can access the most advanced therapies. Under her leadership, the practice continues to embark on new service lines to diversify its portfolio in the cancer healthcare market, including CAR T cell therapy research, a Women's Imaging Center (Akira Medical Imaging + Wellness) which opened in 2022 and the expansion of Gynecologic Oncology surgery.
Sabrina is published nationally in the arena of patient navigation. She is recognized locally as a prior recipient of the Capital Region Chamber Woman of Excellence Award, To Life! Extra Mile Award, YWCA Resourceful Woman Award and Siena College Professor Egon Plager Award. Mosseau is also a member of the Upstate New York/Vermont Leukemia and Lymphoma Board of Directors, the Siena College Athletics Advisory Council, and the Mom Starts' Here Board. She also recently had the honor to join the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Chamber.
Sabrina is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y. In her spare time, she is an "ok" golfer. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Paul, who is a retired Army Veteran and currently serves as the Veteran's Service Officer for Saratoga and their son James.
