Dr. Rufus Collea is the Medical Director of NYOH. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, and his extensive educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colgate University, a Master of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo's Roswell Park Cancer Institute and a Medical Degree from Albany Medical College. With an academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Albany Medical College and memberships in renowned organizations like the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dr. Collea is highly regarded in his field. In his personal life, Dr. Collea enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughters.
Linda has a diverse educational background with an AAS in Business from Sage JCA, BA in Social Work from Sage College, a Master of Science in Public Administration from Sage Graduate School, and is a member of Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society. Linda has led surgical operations for 20+ years. Prior to her leadership in surgery, Linda was the AVP of Business Systems and Health Care Reporting for 10 + years, focusing on practice operations, workflow, client reporting, and growth initiatives at a variety of healthcare agencies across the country.
Linda is a patient advocate at heart, especially when it comes to cancer care. She is also a passionate supporter and volunteer for the humane treatment of animals. Linda works with several local rescue groups and cares for the family pets and several abandoned cats in the neighborhood. In her spare time, Linda enjoys the arts, DIY projects, gardening, college sports, relaxing by the pool, or an ocean getaway with her family, creating a well-rounded and vibrant life.
Leslie is a highly experienced nurse with 25 years of nursing experience, including eight years in clinical administration. She has an impressive oversight of various essential services, such as Laboratory, Nursing, Clinical Research, Palliative Care, Social Work, and Navigation services. Leslie's commitment to improving patient outcomes and overall practice quality of care is evident through her development and implementation of evidence-based projects and services. She has played a pivotal role in establishing internal palliative care services, therapeutic counseling, depression screening, and plan of care coordination. Leslie's dedication to advancing healthcare is further demonstrated by her involvement in various conference abstracts and posters, showcasing her expertise in navigation models and patient education in cancer treatment. As a board member of the Oncology Nursing Society since 2010, Leslie is deeply engaged in oncology nursing. Outside of her professional accomplishments, she enjoys boating in the Adirondacks and exploring travel destinations. Leslie cherishes quality time with her family, including her two children and two grandchildren.
Chris serves as the State Controller at NYOH, leveraging his extensive financial expertise to ensure smooth operations. With a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Plattsburg, where he double majored in business and accounting with a minor in marketing, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose, Christopher has been an integral part of NYOH for over two decades. Starting as a staff accountant, he has demonstrated his commitment to the practice's financial health. Outside of his professional pursuits, Christopher finds joy in traveling, camping, and treasured moments spent with his family.

Throughout her extensive 20-year nursing career, Allyson's dedication to patient well-being has been a constant. Starting as an ICU and Hospice nurse, she transitioned to healthcare administration, where she's spent the past 16 years, underscoring her commitment to ensuring the best possible patient care. In her various healthcare administration roles, she has excelled, culminating in her role as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at a hospital in Iowa, which she helped open in June 2020. This success led her to assume the CNO position at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in New York, further solidifying her reputation as a transformative leader.
Allyson's passion for fostering cohesive teams and cultivating positive workplace environments has been a driving force in her career. Beyond her professional achievements, she finds fulfillment in coaching youth sports and enjoying waterfront vacations. As a dedicated mother of four, she values quality time with her children, enthusiastically supporting them in their various activities. A sports enthusiast, Allyson particularly enjoys cheering on the Hawkeyes. In her leisure time, she channels her creativity into interior design and home renovation projects, showcasing her diverse talents beyond healthcare.
Linda Pulver has been a cornerstone of NYOH since 1989, bringing extensive experience and dedication to her various roles. She began her career as an oncology nurse and has since held multiple clinical and administrative leadership positions, where she was instrumental in shaping programs that have greatly enhanced patient care. Her contributions to the Oncology Care Model, Navigation Program, HCRA Program, and Palliative Care Program reflect her commitment to clinical excellence.
With a strong background in clinical quality programs and operations management, Linda ensures that patient care standards and compliance remain a top priority at NYOH. She has served in key leadership roles, including Director of Quality Programs & Initiatives and Clinical Services Director, where she spearheaded the implementation of Value-Based Care reimbursement models and led critical practice transformation initiatives. Most recently, as Clinical Quality Program Manager at CDPHP, Linda conducted quality reviews and improved performance measures in alignment with state and federal regulations.
Linda holds an AAS in Nursing from Maria College and a BA in Interdepartmental Studies with a concentration in Business from the College of St. Rose. She is also a Certified Professional Coder, bringing a well-rounded skill set to her work.
In her free time, Linda enjoys staying active through cycling, walking, and hiking. She is an avid reader and cherishes time spent with her daughter and grandson.
