NYOH Regional Cancer Center

Coming in 2026: NYOH’s First Regional Cancer Center

Transforming Cancer Care Access for the Capital Region, Southern Vermont & Western Massachusetts

At New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH), we’re redefining convenience in cancer care by bringing together expert providers and advanced services in one centralized location.

Comprehensive Cancer Care. One Destination.

The NYOH Regional Cancer Center at 4 Crossgates Mall Road in Guilderland will be the largest and most comprehensive cancer treatment facility in the Capital Region. This three-story, 105,000-square-foot center will offer integrated medical oncology, hematology, radiation therapy, and support services—all under one roof.

Conveniently located just off I-87/I-90 and accessible by multiple CDTA bus routes, the new center makes it easier than ever for patients across Albany, the greater Capital Region, southern Vermont, and western Massachusetts to get the care they need, close to home.

Where Innovation Meets Compassionate Care

Opening in early 2027, the NYOH Regional Cancer Center will be a state-of-the-art facility delivering fully integrated cancer care—from diagnosis to treatment and support—in one centralized location. Modeled after top institutions like Roswell Park, Dana-Farber, and Memorial Sloan Kettering, the center will unite medical oncology, surgery, radiation therapy, and clinical research to streamline the patient experience.

The center will house up to 50 providers, including oncologists, hematologists, and Advanced Practice Providers, delivering expert care.

NYOH will continue to serve patients at its existing locations in Clifton Park/Halfmoon, Hudson, Amsterdam, Troy, and its hematology suite at Albany Medical Center, as well as Akira Medical Imaging + Wellness, the women’s imaging center located in Patroon Creek.

The NYOH Regional Cancer Center will redefine cancer care for the Capital Region, southern Vermont, and western Massachusetts—bringing nationally recognized care closer to home.
