Makenzi Evangelist, MD and Azam Hussain, MD are now seeing patients at NYOH's Clifton Park office, located at 3 Crossing Blvd., just off Exit 9 of the Northway in Saratoga County.
Both physicians will continue to see patients at NYOH's Albany Medical Center office (which is currently relocated to our Patroon Creek location, due to COVID-19).
Dr. Evangelist specializes in lung cancer as well as sarcoma. She serves as lead investigator in all clinical research trials for lung cancer and was recently selected to join the American Society of Clinical Oncology Research's Community Forum Steering Group. Comprised of physicians and research professionals from across the country, the group shares best practices in conducting clinical research and developing solutions to raise participation in clinical trials
Dr. Hussein specializes in blood cancers and benign hematologic conditions. He also provides stem cell transplant. In the Capital Region, this treatment is only available at NYOH.
