New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH) is proud to announce the appointment of Allyson Letendre Petrone, MHA, BSN, RN, as the new Director of Practice Operations. Allyson brings an impressive 20-year nursing and healthcare administration career, enhancing our commitment to quality patient care and operational excellence.
In her new role, Allyson will oversee the practice operations across NYOH's six patient care locations. Her responsibilities include collaborating closely with the executive leadership team to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care. She will manage practice administrators and managers, ensuring cohesion across the NYOH's six patient care locations, and work closely with local network resources to enhance operational efficiency.
Allyson's extensive background in healthcare started as an ICU and Hospice nurse, eventually transitioning into administration roles over the past 16 years. Her career highlights include her tenure as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at a newly opened hospital in Iowa in June 2020 and her subsequent CNO role at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in New York. Her leadership has consistently been marked by transformative success and dedication to patient well-being.
