Insurance and Financial Assistance at NYOH

New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH) accepts most major health insurance plans in the Capital Region. If your plan is among those we participate with, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf for the services you receive.

Please note: It is the patient’s responsibility to provide accurate and current insurance information. If NYOH does not accept your insurance plan, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of your care.

To help you understand your treatment costs—including co-pays and any out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance—a Patient Benefits Representative will meet with you before treatment begins. These representatives are essential members of your care team and are here to support you with financial guidance during your cancer journey.

If you are facing financial hardship, we strongly encourage you to speak with a Patient Benefits Representative. They can help explore available options such as payment plans, Medicaid eligibility, or other resources tailored to your individual situation.

Below are some of the major insurance plans accepted by NYOH.
This list is not exhaustive, so if you don’t see your plan, don’t worry—we may still participate. We’re happy to help you confirm your coverage. Just reach out to a Patient Benefits Representative at any NYOH location.
