Nischala Ammannagari, MD is a medical oncologist and hematologist. She joins NYOH after completing a fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo. She received her medical degree from Sri Venkata Sai Medical College, NTR University of Health Sciences in India. Dr. Ammannagari completed her residency in internal medicine at Bassett Medical Center/Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in Cooperstown, NY. In her free time, Dr. Ammannagari enjoys spending time with her daughter and listening to and singing classical Indian music. Dr. Ammannagari will be seeing cancer and blood disorder patients at NYOH’s Patroon Creek office in Albany.
