NYOH Appoints Allyson Letendre Petrone as Executive Director

NYOH is thrilled to announce the appointment of Allyson Letendre Petrone, MHA, BSN, RN, as the new Executive Director. With an impressive 20-year career in nursing and healthcare administration, Allyson brings a wealth of experience that will enhance NYOH's commitment to quality patient care and operational excellence.

As Executive Director, Allyson will oversee NYOH's overall plans, policies, and programs to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She will lead the development, planning, and execution of broad administrative activities, driving both short- and long-term strategies to achieve NYOH's objectives and maintain growth. Allyson will also evaluate and adjust organizational strategies to meet the evolving needs of the communities NYOH serves, ensuring continued operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

Allyson's extensive background in healthcare began as an ICU and Hospice nurse before transitioning into administration roles over the past 16 years. Her career highlights include serving as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at a newly opened hospital in Iowa in June 2020, followed by her CNO role at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in New York. Her leadership has consistently been marked by transformative success and dedication to patient well-being.
