Avoid Phone Tag: “Private Caller” or “No Caller ID” may be NYOH calling

May 19, 2020

If you see  “Private Caller” or "No Caller ID" on your phone, please pick up – it may be NYOH trying to reach you!

Because many NYOH team members are currently working from home, the phones they call from do not appear as “NYOH” on your caller ID.

Instead, they say “Private Caller” or "No Caller ID."

If you see either of these on your phone, please answer the call. It helps us serve you more quickly and avoid back and forth phone messages.

As always, thank you for your cooperation and patience in this challenging time. We appreciate your trust in our care.
